These terms and conditions apply to everything Monumental Fireworks sell and are enforced unless stated otherwise or previously agreed by the relevant client or business concerned. Please contact a member of our team if you have any questions.

Please note that all prices may be subject to change without prior notice unless stated on a quote and will only be VALID until the Expiry Date on the Quote.

 Online Orders - On Collection please check numbers of items and inspect them for any signs of damage before signing the documents. If anything is unsatisfactory your claim must be made to the company before you leave. Proof of purchase may be required.

If any products purchased online are not available for any unforeseen circumstances then you will get the equivalent value item or we will upgrade  them at no further cost to yourself and you will be notified by a member of staff.

Internet purchase require a collection appointment.

Please arrange a collection time with our office for all Internet purchases prior to arriving at our shop for collection of your goods. This will ensure your products will be ready for your collection and reduce your waiting time.

To arrange a collection Tel 07427687561 from 10 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday please note 24 Hours notification is usually required.

All products sold by Monumental Fireworks are to the British standard 7114. Items are supplied on the condition that they are used strictly in accordance with the manufacturers instructions labelled on them. 

We sell strictly to persons only over the age of 18. We WILL NOT Sell To Anyone under the influence of any Alcohol Or any Illegal Substance. The customer is responsible for the safety of themselves and others around them whilst storing and using the product. You are required to follow the directions on the product packaging and to stick to the safety advice given. If you are in any doubt about the safety precautions do not hesitate to ask one of our team at Monumental Fireworks

We also run a Challenge 25 Scheme so if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 please don't get offended if we ask you for Identification.

FIREWORKS CAN BE DANGEROUS IF MISUSED. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECT OTHERS AROUND YOU.
